Cancellations

 

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at thehappierson@gmail.com

Cancellation requests made after 12 hours may not be honored, as work may have already begun on your order.

Refunds

Prints and Original Artwork: Refunds are available for prints and original artwork provided that:

• The item is returned using tracked mail service

• The item is in the same condition as when shipped

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

• All refund requests are handled at the sole discretion of Hap Pierson

Commissions: Refunds are not available for commissioned work once the project has begun. This decision is at the sole discretion of the artist, Hap Pierson.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
